How to Request a Return -
Log in to your Zapp account and go to My Orders

Click Request Return next to the item

Fill in the details and upload the unboxing video (if applicable)

Our team will respond within 24–48 hours

Once approved, we’ll schedule a pickup and initiate quality check

On successful check, your refund or exchange will be processed
Exchange Policy
Exchange is available for the same product in a different size or color, depending on stock.
